When booking our Yacht & Nightclub, Hip-Hop Yacht Party, Hip-Hop Club Hop & Party Bus, or Pool Hop & Beach Club experiences, please note that Drip & Drop Miami operates as a third party and does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please review the terms below for more details:

Non-Refundable Bookings
Due to high demand and limited availability, all bookings are strictly non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is made, we are unable to issue refunds. This policy secures your reservation and ensures that your transportation and accommodations are promptly arranged for the selected experience.

Weather and Travel Delays

• Yacht & Nightclub Edition / Hip-Hop Club Hop & Party Bus / Pool Hop & Beach Club: These events will proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions. No refunds will be issued for weather-related issues that may affect your plans, nor for delays due to traffic, unexpected schedule changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Hip-Hop Yacht Party: If weather conditions do not permit the yacht party to proceed, you have the following options:
  • Transfer your booking to the Hip-Hop Club Hop & Party Bus for the same evening.
  • Reschedule your Hip-Hop Yacht Party to another date with more favorable weather conditions.

Punctuality is essential for all events as we adhere to strict schedules. If you arrive late, we cannot offer refunds or date changes. Please plan your travel accordingly to avoid any delays.

Ticket Transfer Options
If you wish to transfer your ticket, we welcome this option as tickets are non-refundable. To initiate a transfer, please email support@miamihiphopyacht.com with your full name, phone number, email address, and the number of tickets being transferred, along with the details of the new ticket holders.
